IN CONSIDERATION OF MY ACCEPTANCE AS A STUDENT FOR THE FLORAL
DESIGN COURSE, AS OF THE ABOVE DATE, I HEREBY ENROLL AND OBLIGATE MYSELF TO PAY TO THE ORDER TO:

Fifteen hundred & seventy five dollars ($1,575.00) 
To be paid as follows: $375.00 partial flower fee, with the signing of this enrollment certificate, and the balance of $1,200.00 to be paid upon entrance.

THREE-BUSINESS -DAY CANCELLATION. I understand that if for any reason, I am unable to enter, all money paid will be refunded if requested within three business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making the initial payment, or I may apply the payment to a future class.

CANCELLATION AFTER THE THREE-BUSINESS-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD, BUT BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF THE CLASS BY THE STUDENT. 

Deposit collected in advance of entrance and if student does not begin classes, if it is 2 (two) weeks or more prior to the start of the class, a $150.00 registration fee will be retained by the school. However, if it is less than two (2) weeks prior to the start of the class, the PARTIAL flower fee ($375.00), shall be retained by the school. Refund to the student shall be made within 30 days.

I understand that the WITHDRAWAL AFTER COMMENCEMENT OF CLASSES, REFUND POLICY shall be:
1. After student has completed less than 15% of the course, the school shall refund 80% of the tuition, less the total flower fee ($825.00), thereafter.
2. After a student has completed less then one-fourth of the course, the school shall refund at least 70% of tuition, less the total flower fee ($825.00), thereafter.
3. After a student has completed one-fourth of the course, the school shall refund at least 45% of tuition, less the total flower fee ($825.00), thereafter.
4, After the student has completed 1/2 or more of the course, there will be no refund.
